Penn is home to one of the most globally diverse international student populations in the United States and has the largest percentage (12%) of international students in the Ivy League. With over 3500 students from 118 countries represented on campus, Penn is a microcosm of the world’s languages and cultures where students learn, create and test ideas.

If you are a prospective undergraduate student, you must apply for admission through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Admission to graduate programs (Master’s or PhD level) is determined by the individual Graduate Group or School to which a student plans to apply. If you intend to pursue graduate studies, please contact the relevant graduate office in the respective school about admission procedures.
